Made Sukewijaya, S.P., M.Sc. is an expert in post-harvest management of fruits and vegetables. He received master’s degree on Postharvest Technology KMUTT, Thailand, and currently is pursuing his doctorate study on Agriculture at Udayana University. Some of his research topics are: and “The Development of Good Harvesting Practice and Standard Operational Procedure for papaya, bananas, and pineapple of RusNas fruits”. He was also actively involved in the team of road map preparation of superior agricultural commodities development in Buleleng district, and the team of road map preparation of horticulture commodities development in Bali province.
