Support and advice of the centre activities and developments. Assist in accessing fund resources and network development in Indonesia and abroad overseas.
Director
- Manage the Centre.
- Define the Centre policy and strategical actions.
- Develop and strengthen network.
- Develop mutual collaboration with Provincial, Municipal and District governments in Bali.
- Design short, middle and long term plans of the Centre development.
Executive Director
Assist Director in implementing all programs and activities as well as build collaboration with partners in Indonesia and overseas.
Secretary
Plan and preparing every matters related to technical and administration aspects including The Centre annual report, The Center development documents, and to compose MoU for collaborations.
Vice Director for Research, Development and Innovation
- Plan, supervise, evaluate research, innovation and development programs.
- Facilitate the improvement of research activities and publications in UNUD and ITB (in specific) as well as in Indonesia and internationally (in general).
- Promote research and innovation programs in Indonesia and internationally.
- Develop inter-, trans- and multi-discipline research.
- Build research infrastructure at an international level.
Vice Director for Education and Community Services
- Develop the curriculum of molecular biology subject for Master degree program at UNUD and other study programs.
- Design and develop trainings, workshops and field works to enhance the capacity of human resources of UNUD (specifically) and Indonesia (generally).
- Provide consultation service for communities.
- Develop target villages.
Coordinator for Database Development
- Develop the database of banana biogeography and biodiversity.
- Generate various geospatial-based application to support banana research and innovation activities.
- Build research infrastructure for geospatial analysis.
Coordinator for Finance and Business Development
- Plan, supervise and evaluate financial program and Center commercial activities.
- Plan for sustainable and improvement of funding source from commercial activities at national and international levels.
- Promote the commercial activities both internally in the Center and externally.
Coordinator for Economy, Social and Culture
- Develop studies of banana in economic, social and cultural perspectives in Bali (specifically) and Indonesia (generally).
- Assist and collaborate with the Coordinator for Database Development in terms of economic, social and cultural prior to decision making.
- Assist and collaborate with the Vice Director for Research, Development and Innovation as well as with the Vice Director for Education and Community Services to analyze research data, development in education, communities and target villages in economic, social and cultural aspects.
